Graphic Designer/Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Provides the company with Graphic Design support across the entire marketing and creative process. This role includes the scaling and manipulation of fabric design artwork, managing internal photography requirements, as well as managing all planograms, product packaging and merchandising.

. The position is a full-time salary exempt position reporting to the Director of Marketing.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Provides a broad offering of graphic design support to Marketing team. Artwork design and editing for fabric, Editing and rescaling customer provide artwork.

    • Responsibilities include producing all photography for all products, displays, and merchandising concepts.
    • Responsible for developing customer planograms in Adobe & In Design.
    • Responsible for the development and design of all in store merchandising graphics.
    • Supports the creation of Trend Reports and Product Comparison Shops
    • Liaison between Marketing and Engineering on issues related to all packaging including cartons, hangtags, displays ensuring the communication of customer requirements.
    • Supports Sales and Marketing Committee in all web development and social media activities.
    • Other duties as assigned.


  • Significant use of Microsoft Office is required.

  • A moderate skill level in Excel and PowerPoint Required.

  •  Advanced software requirements include an operating knowledge of Adobe In Design, Illustrator

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in commercial graphic design in a consumer product setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements - Extended Computer Use; Occasional Travel may be required
