Graphics Designer

NBG Home is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of home decor products including custom and ready-made picture framing, lighting, wall décor, indoor and outdoor accent furniture and soft goods. We are currently seeking a Graphics Designer for our Home Décor division located in either Bono, AR or Southaven, MS.

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated team player with creative competencies, a keen eye for design.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum five years’ experience in graphics related field.
  • Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD or similar design software, Powerpoint and excel
  • Other Skills
  • Creative background in graphic design, package design, 3-D design, etc.
  • Motivated, self-starter, organized, and effective communicator, etc.
  • Works well in team environment
  • Creative, clerical and manual labor will all be attributes of this job.
  • Must be business minded and creative
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, via email, and during presentations as well as work well with different personality types.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work against tight deadlines and demonstrate effective problem solving skills within a fast paced environment. 
  • Capable of conceptual, strategic and creative thinking and execution
  • Proficient in Adobe programs (Photoshop, illustrator etc.) 
  • CAD experience 
  • Sketchup or 3D rendering would be a plus but not necessary 
  • Package design experience 
  • Creative ability to design packaging from concept to completion 
  • Good at prioritizing and time management 
  • ability to do digital mockups (color changes and other digital enhancements) 
  • Retail package experience is preferred 
  • Interest in home decor products 
  • Works well in team setting
  • Self starter 
  • Logo design and branding initiatives
  • Conceptualize package designs and in-store displays
  • Photography experience is preferred but not required
