ECOM Support Coordinator

THRO, a division of NBGHome is a leader in home decor design, manufacturing and marketing is currently seeking a creative and technically proficient ECOM Support Coordinator to join our in-house team in Islip, NY. We are looking for a driven, team player with organizational and analytical competencies to support the E-Commerce Sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new product setup and working knowledge of current product lines
  • New customer setup, templates, images and product uploads in customer portals
  • Copy & Photography management
  • Day to day maintenance/scrubbing on customer sites
  • EDI setups for new customers
  • Buyer communications as needed
  • Internal product setup in Sage/ Sage updates
  • Comp Analysis, sales analysis and reporting as needed
  • Inventory management and Item maintenance  
  • Vendor manager communications with all customers


  • Excellent analytical & organizational skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working with any retail Ecommerce a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing terminology and metrics, and how they are all interconnected
  • Ability to interpret analytical data from various sources to create insightful, and actionable items for reports and strategy
  • Ability to prioritize workload with strong time management skills to efficiently handle several clients & projects at any given time
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and capacity to learn and work with databases

Skill/Education Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing or Ecommerce sales preferred.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
