NBGHome is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of home decor products including custom and ready-made picture framing, lighting, wall décor, indoor and outdoor accent furniture and soft goods. We are currently seeking an eCommerce Project Manager for our Cheyenne Products division located in Rogers, AR. 


Position Overview

Our Ecommerce business is growing rapidly and this position is a key component of continuing that growth. The eCommerce Project Manager will be responsible for driving and supporting the growth of Cheyenne Products’ eCommerce business through bringing our private label products to market on major third-party retail sites such as Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock and


Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement to manage the timing and action plans for bringing product to market.
  • Work cross functionally with our teams on both the side of the ocean and in Asia throughout the process of bringing product to market, selling on eCommerce sites and throughout the product life cycle.
  • Complete all necessary forms and set up processes with eCommerce customers and seek ways to improve and streamline the process. 
  • Identify problems in plans or processes, provide support, solve problems, and elevate to management when necessary.
  • Grow existing eCommerce customer business through daily interaction with customer teams, operational teams and key stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytic tools to develop insight and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership, monitoring progress and performance of product.
  • Supporting the details and execution for account leader and/or customer with product documentation, presentation materials, and follow up actions.
  • Manage the following to ensure success of the eCommerce business:
    • Item set up and maintenance of product listings
    • Analyze reports from different platforms, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth for sales, inventory and product life cycle
    • Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries and resolve with sense of urgency.


  • Bachelor’s degree, and/or 2+ years of experience working in Project Management
  • 1-2 Years retail experience in item/product set up/management (preferably in eCommerce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a high degree of proficiency in Excel
  • 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
