eCommerce Administrative Coordinator & Customer Support Specialist

NBG Home is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of home decor products including custom and ready-made picture framing, lighting, wall decor, indoor and outdoor accent furniture and soft goods. We are currently seeking an eCommerce Administrative Coordinator & Customer Support Specialist for our headquarters in Northwest Austin, Texas to support our rapidly growing eCommerce team.


Position Overview:

As the eCommerce Administrative Coordinator & Customer Support Specialist, you will be supporting our existing team with daily administrative tasks, responding to customer questions and feedback, managing promotional calendars, communicating with collaborating departments and much more.


We are looking for passionate and energetic candidates who thrive on constant change and excel in fast paced team environments. The ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be managing several concurrently running initiatives and maintaining a large product catalog on various digital channels. Analytical skills and creative thinking are also essential in maintaining daily reporting and assisting in developing strategies to improve processes to achieve industry leading results. What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns with speed, accuracy and professionalism (via email and chat portal)
  • Utilize customer feedback and returns rates to monitor product quality issues and manage QC improvements with Product Managers and Operations teams
  • Manage weekly POS and Sales Reports for key accounts
  • Respond to marketplace account inquiries relating to products, listings and inventory
  • Manage promotional calendar as directed by management
  • Cross-check, confirm and correct product specs and attributes as needed
  • Organize digital asset requests as directed by management


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ hands on experience in an eCommerce environment is required (Multi-Channel experience preferred)
  • Recent experience with eCommerce Marketplace Channels such as Amazon (Vendor Central preferred), Wayfair, Walmart and Overstock
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Particularly Excel, fluent with formulas and pivot tables is preferred)
  • Possesses a basic understanding of search engine optimization
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to manage several concurrently running programs and initiatives
  • Proven experience in handling high volume requests and a large product catalog
  • A knack for home decor and trends is a plus!
