E-Commerce Marketplace Manager - Mechanicsburg, PA

NBGHome is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of home decor products including custom and ready-made picture framing, lighting, wall décor, indoor and outdoor accent furniture and soft goods. We are currently seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Manager for Patton Picture division located in Mechanicsburg, PA. 

Position Overview:
Our Ecommerce business is growing rapidly and this position is a key component of continuing that growth. The E-commerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for driving the E-Commerce division by growing NBGHome’s presence on major third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart.com. 

Responsibilities:
Develop the Ecommerce strategy for Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart.com and other third-party marketplaces with a full understanding of all the necessary supporting functions and roles of E-commerce, such as logistics, customer acquisition, product development, merchandising and branding. 

Work closely with senior executives across the organization to effectively integrate sales optimization strategies with other corporate initiatives to promote healthy growth of the business. 

Track and grow sales, provide daily and monthly sales data reports. 

Develop quarterly operating budget and business goals. 

Account relationship building and manage negotiations with marketplace accounts. 

Utilize data analytic tools to develop insight and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership, specifically Amazon AMS/AMG campaigns, marketing programs and A+ content development. 

Drive traffic and execute advertising campaigns, sponsored ads, lightning deals, and EBC to increase revenue 

Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visits, conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis and ACoS 

Develop and monitor demand plan and forecasting models with relevant stakeholders. Forecasting is essential to ensure that adequate inventory levels are maintained and communicated to the customer and internal procurement team members. 

Interface with the field including warehouse management to provide support, problem solving and information on inventory issues. Work closely with Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory. 

Manage the following through either Amazon CM and/or NBG E-com specialist: 

Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking. 

Optimize listings for placement and organic search performance. 

Analyze reports from different platforms, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth. 

Compare the past and current sales trends to determine growth forecast and achieve target 

Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries and resolve with sense of urgency. 

Requirements:
3+ years' experience in building and managing a consumer-facing online business. 

Experience working with major online platforms, specifically Amazon, Wayfair & Walmart.com. 

Proven account management experience with customer centric mindset. 

Deep understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics and content management. 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, sales and marketing with relevant work experience. 

Experience managing a budget.
