Project Sales Manager

NBG Home is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of home decor products including custom and ready-made picture framing, lighting, wall décor, indoor and outdoor accent furniture and soft goods. We are currently seeking a Project Sales Manager for our Cheyenne Products division located in Bentonville, AR.


Detail oriented, energetic, motivated self-starter to join our team as our retail Project Manager / Salesperson. We are seeking an individual who can collaborate with cross functional teams on both this side of the ocean and in Asia as well as with buyers and key people in large retail environments. As a key member of the sales and operations team, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring customer deadlines are met and the timing and action of bringing product to market for large mass retailers. You will also market and sell product to retail buyers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to:)


  • Work with product development and design team to come up with product to show customers.
  • Work with overseas team on pricing and timing of samples for meetings.
  • Schedule meetings with buyers and attend retail meetings with our sister compaines to show our product.
  • Travel to buyer’s offices and sister company offices for meetings.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.

Project Management

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement to manage the timing and action for commercialization projects (bringing product to market) working with Product Development, Overseas Sourcing, Engineering, Social Compliance, Safety Testing, Quality Control, mass production of products and shipping from factories through to the arrival in the distribution centers, ensuring all product arrives to our significant customers on time.
  • Identify problems in Timing and Action, solve said problems, elevate to management when necessary.
  • Chair overseas calls to ensure all communication is good and all timing, dates and policies are being followed.
  • Be aware of all segments of commercialization processes and operations, cross function when necessary to ensure success of business.
  • Monitor and affect PO execution: Including CTL testing process, packaging processes (art and photography adaptation), and factory certification status monitoring. Report any delays to VP of Special Accounts and Director of QA/QC.

Artwork and Label Design

  • Deal directly with adaptation providers for label design, artwork, photography. to ensure flow of services and that each provider gives the correct version of each label, artwork design and photography.


  • Bachelor’s degree, and/or 2+ years of experience working for and with large customers.
  • Proficiency in the use of Retail Link, Microsoft Office Applications; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Data Sync, QMS, Supplier Center and PLM
  • 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
