ECOM Supervisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ECOM Supervisor based in our Southaven, MS facility, with approximately 500,000+ square feet and shipping more than $600M annually.  You will manage the day-to-day operation in a past paced ECOM department.

You will manage the day-to-day operation of picking, staging, put-away, re-pack & shipping orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run the day to day operations to ensure that all orders ship on time. (98.5%)
  • Coordinate the weekly bulk shipments
  • Work with Senior Management and I.T. on finding ways to more efficiently operate the department.
  • Proactively pick and stage a big box, bulk order and customer.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Sales Support on customer service-related issues.
  • Identify and implement a cost-effective packing solution for bulk items that we already have in house to ship Ecommerce.
  • Closely monitor employees’ production rate to ensure all orders are shipped.
  • Work closely with vendors and small parcel carriers so that proper equipment is provided to service our customers.
  • Closely monitor inventory and assigned locations such that ECOM remains within the current footprint.
  • Monitor sales of over 800+ skus and slot them into the proper sized location.
  • Ensure all Scanners are checked in & out on a daily basis.
  • Ensure Locations are Replenished on a daily basis.


  • Prior warehouse supervision experience; WMS experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of lean, six sigma & the ability to use metrics to manage an area, department and shift.
  • A team player who is professional, with demonstrated leadership skills to influence the department and implement and manage change.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Formulates effective goal setting and develops employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of 6S, visual Management
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work unscheduled overtime
  • Solid leadership skills with a track record of developing individuals and teams
  • Ability to take imitative and lead change
  • Ambition, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn
  • Prior Production Experience preferred
  • Must have effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple requests
  • Must have clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal in a cross functional environment)
  • This job is performed in both an office environment and a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
