We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, based in Pocahontas AR.  The AR Supervisor will play an integral role in the accounts receivable function of a multi-division operation. A thorough understanding of accounts receivable combined with excellent communication skills is a must.  The ideal candidate will have a positive, “can do” attitude and excel in a fast- paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors Customer account Status and ensures timely collection of open items
  • Supports AR Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members
  • Lead the monthly AR Meeting with Corporate Team
  • Supports both internal and external reporting requirements
  • Ensures all required paperwork is maintained in an organized fashion
  • Provide recommendations for and assist in implementation of process improvement(s).
  • Assist with special projects.


Skills Required

  • Excellent computer skills and moderate MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of JDE or Sage is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem- solving skills


Education & Experience

  • Account Receivable experience of 2-5 years a must, preferably supervisory experience
  • Large company experience preferred but not required
