We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives engagement and leads to growth via NBG Home’s owned properties. This is an exciting opportunity to champion a new customer experience pillar within the Digital COE, where you will be responsible for overseeing the launch and management of a new company site, developing and executing the social media strategy, and other innovative initiatives in the future roadmap. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, development, and ongoing management of company sites (with agency partner)
  • Create and execute social media strategy to promote brand awareness (company) and drive conversion (eCommerce)
  • Manage agency and partner relationships and evaluate potential partners/tools for automation and optimization of digital owned properties
  • Ensure site content meets brand objectives, customers' expectations, eCommerce best practices, and search engine optimization (SEO) requirements
  • Evaluate platform analytics to identify audience trends, ways to improve user adoption/engagement, and increase overall growth and influence of internal and external digital marketing channels
  • Partner with the Digital Shelf/Content team to develop robust content calendar and manage the execution of posts of social media accounts
  • Partner with the Shopper Marketing Manager to implement SEO, SEM, and paid social strategies

  • Photoshop skills preferred


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on website and social media management
  • Intimate familiarity navigating various CMS and eCommerce platforms
  • Solid understanding of UX best practices and experience leading user acceptance testing 
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • In-depth experience managing website and social media analytics tools
  • DTC and Marketplace experience a bonus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
