eCommerce Key Account Manager, Mass Channel

We are looking for an eCommerce Key Account Manager, Mass Channel who will oversee NBG’s account, with a specific focus on the eCommerce business, while growing sales to meet company goals and objectives. Key areas of focus include owning the buyer relationship as digital SME, strategic assortment expansion (through customer private label brands and NBG catalogue) and working with internal cross-functional teams to oversee supply chain management, site merchandising & marketing.  KAM will continuously work toward a defined set of goals and will measure success through data, analytics, buyer relationship, and ability to work effectively with internal teammates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all aspects of the e-commerce ecosystem are optimized for algorithms and consumers: assortment, content, search, advertising, inventory and reviews.
  • Specialize and focus on supporting
  • Work closely with Walmart omni buyers, product development, planning and site merch teams to create and deliver an annual plan covering activation of key launches, seasons and customer specific marketing moments
  • Partner with Store B&M team to ensure omni alignment across all aspects of the business
  • Reviewing promotional activity analysis to maximize key learnings
  • Fostering relationships with Walmart planning teams and align with internal supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales on seasonal plans and forecasts
  • Leverage our brands and product mix to improve profitability and meet customer, shopper, and NBG targets
  • Provide weekly account business recaps and monthly reporting that details sell-thru by SKU, ranking, productivity, stock & sales, margin and competitive analysis

Skills Required

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Results-driven and able to work with the NBG cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self- starter, and be able to work independently
  • Team player attitude and open/motivated to take on side projects as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence in speaking in front of groups, and ability to effectively facilitate video conference meetings with customers and colleagues
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excel and PowerPoint expertise required
  • Proficiency in Walmart platforms including Supplier Center, RetailLink and Item 360

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant study
  • eCommerce/Digital expertise
  • 3 years+ experience in sales and/or trade in consumer or professional goods
  • Wholesale sales experience
  • Passion for Home Décor!

Additional Information

  • Location: Remote with option to work from a NBG Home office location (NBG Home offices located in Austin, TX and Charleston, SC)
  • Travel when required (~10%)
