We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, well-rounded leader with an IT Program Management background to join our technology team as IT Senior Program Manager.  Reporting to the CTO, this position will be responsible for program management of our IT business application transformation initiatives across our IT portfolio.  NBG Home is embarking on an aggressive business application transformation initiative. This initiative aims to drive scale, simplicity, and efficiency to position NBG Home as the leader in the Affordable Home Décor market. The IT Senior Program Manager will play an integral role in driving the success of this multi-year initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of critical initiatives including Scope, Process, and Budget
  • Drive the appropriate delivery methodology and process
  • Ensure alignment across IT, Business Teams, and Sponsors
  • Actively track project milestones across program portfolio
  • Drive annual and quarterly IT project planning & commitment processes
  • Track and monitor shared resource alignment across key projects / programs
  • Ensure IT Governance process is followed, and results are communicated
  • Ensure all projects are following agreed-upon best practices
  • Track and manage issues impeding delivery on key projects
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented, action-oriented, team-based environment

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies including SCRUM, KANBAN, and Modified Waterfall
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Ability to build consensus while interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or Master's a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years IT Project/Program management experience
  • Experience in delivering complex On-Prem and SAAS applications
  • PMP and CSM or equivalent Agile certification highly preferred
