Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Charleston, SC. The Sales Coordinator will be Responsible for providing back end support for the National Accounts, Import and Internet business.  The primary job responsibility is to create, maintain and manage item set-up task lists. Additionally, this role will include maintaining item data accuracy on all sku related tasks relative to .com, packaging and pricing.  Support will also be needed for follow up regarding item performance and Sales event set up including product line reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Accounts Audit Report
  • Complete Quotation for contract jobs
  • Respond to Customer PO issues, order exception follow up, EDI issues, SOS issues
  • Follow up interface with Merchandising Specialists for Accounts
  • Respond to item data related requests
  • Marketing Support and Program Submittals NLP, Mars Campaigns examples
  • Check  SOS item Inventory
  • Check items dimension image
  • Check inventory of items in the Perfion Group and Discontinue as necessary
  • Item Discontinuation Process and follow-up
  • Product Mix Analysis by category
  • Audit SOS price for stores
  • Attend Product Line Reviews
  • Meet with MSG and CS for annual CAP
  • Perfion Data Audit, Sync with Edgenet-PIM
  • Set up and Maintain data for all sku

Additional Responsibilities

  • Responsible to attend meetings offsite
  • Attend weekly or monthly meetings when requested

Education and Eperience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education experience
