Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator based in Charleston, SC. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing back end support for the National Accounts, Import and Internet business and Marketing as needed.  Responsibilities include creating, maintaining and managing item set-up task lists, maintaining item data accuracy on all SKU related tasks relative to .com, packaging and pricing.  Follow up support for item performance and Sales event set up including product line reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and manage the marketing aspects of launching items into the market for Mass Merchant customers.
  • Support and follow up artwork and packaging, photography, instruction manuals and romantic marketing copy for new and existing items
  • Review Accounts Audit Report
  • Complete Quotation for contract jobs
  • Respond to Customer PO issues, order exception follow up, EDI issues, SOS issues
  • Follow up interface with Merchandising Specialists for Accounts
  • Respond to item data related requests
  • Marketing Support and Program Submittals NLP, Mars Campaigns examples
  • Audit various platforms for dimensions, pricing inventory, etc.
  • Item Discontinuation Process and follow-up
  • Product Mix Analysis by category
  • Perfion Data Audit, Sync with Edgenet-PIM
  • Set up and Maintain data for all SKU’s
  • Provide marketing and back end support for the Mass Merchant National Accounts including Import, Domestic and ECOM Business

Additional Responsibilities

  • Attend Product Line Reviews
  • Meet with MSG and CS for annual CAP
  • Responsible to attend meetings offsite
  • Attend weekly or monthly meetings when requested
  • Work the Quoizel factory sale
  • Effectively manage budgets and perform financial forecasts

  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, DAX, web, databases)

Education and Eperience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education experience
